Bemerkt wird, daß die der Gemeinde Wien mittlerweile
auflaufenden Verpflegskosten im Sinne des der Aufenthaltsgemeinde
laut § 28 des Heimatsgesetzes eingeräumten Rechtes ohne Rücksicht-
nahme auf etwa vorhandene civilrechtlich zum Ersatze verpflichtete
Personen nur von der Heimatsgemeinde
