bien vouloir remettre a Mr Muller marchand de Gex
Ce que je suppose avez reçu a v/ adresse a Pontarlier
p.r mon Compte, Je dis remettre a Mr Muller p.r le Compte de Mr
Ab.m Lequin qui m'en fera remise ici en evitation de
frais, & voudrez en tirer un reçu dont le ferez passer

Assuring you of my devotion, I come to ask you to please hand over to Mr. Muller, merchant of Gex, what I suppose you have received at your address in Pontarlier for my account. I say to hand it over to Mr. Muller for the account of Mr. Abram Lequin who will remit it to me here to avoid expenses, and you will please draw a receipt for it which you will pass on tomorrow. Expecting this from you, please receive the greeting of your devoted,
