Veuillez me faire expédier de suite, s.v.p., à titre d'essai, une petite caisse de 12 bouteilles de votre absinthe à fr. 2,20 la bouteille, franco d'emballage, pris à Pontarlier, au comptant sous escompte de 3 %.

En attendant la prompte exécution de ma commande, j'ai bien l'honneur de vous saluer.

Please send me immediately, on a trial basis, one small case of twelve bottles of your absinthe at 2 francs 20 centimes per bottle, packaging included, collected at Pontarlier, payable in cash with a three-percent discount.

Pending prompt fulfilment of my order, I have the honour to remain yours faithfully.
