Messieurs,

En réponse à votre honorée du 25 c[ouran]t, j'ai l'honneur de vous informer qu'effectivement la marchandise dont vous parlez n'est pas encore embarquée. Elle est en ce moment en entrepôt à Bordeaux, attendant d'autres marchandises qui doivent partir ensemble. L'acquit est déposé en transit au bureau de la Régie de la Tour à Bordeaux.

Gentlemen,

In reply to your letter of the 25th of this month, I have the honour to inform you that the merchandise you mention has indeed not yet been loaded. It is currently in bond in Bordeaux, awaiting other merchandise that is to depart with it. The customs clearance document is lodged in transit at the Régie de la Tour office in Bordeaux.
