Nous vous avons demandé le 14 courant 2 fûts d'absinthe, dont un de 66 lit[res]. Si l'expédition n'est pas encore faite, n'envoyez que le fût A.D. 66 lit[res]. De toute façon, il y a urgence absolue à faire cet envoi au reçu de la présente.

On the 14th of this month we ordered two casks of absinthe, one of sixty-six litres. If the shipment has not yet been made, send only the cask marked A.D., sixty-six litres. In any event, this shipment must be made with absolute urgency upon receipt of this card.
