Messieurs Hennessy & Churn in Cognac

We are pleased to inform you that Mr. G. Lucadou of Bordeaux has next week a license, which although designating the port of Nantes as the point of departure, could perhaps suit you for one of your shipments. — Consequently, if there is reason to do so, we urge you to come to an understanding with the aforementioned friend from Bordeaux to whom we have given our instructions in this regard.
We would be very delighted if from this occasion some relations could be born between us which would be most agreeable to us.
