recevez, Monsieur, mes bien cordiales salutations.

J. Labadie

La Redorte, 19 September 1872

In reply to your esteemed letter
of the 17th current, send me the 12 bottles through
your forwarding arrangement [?], to be dispatched to me at once, and all
the good 1869 stock you have, at
64–66 degrees; give us 1868 stock at the requested strength,
good for immediate consumption, since this is a distribution
I shall make to several proprietors. As
I told you in my last letter, [passage difficult to read]
does not prevent you from
sending us good [passage difficult to read] your eaux-de-vie.
I shall certainly be able to place a few
bottles as well.

For the shipment, the sooner it is sent,
the better for me.

Meanwhile,
please accept, Sir, my very cordial greetings.

J. Labadie
