Notes
All four weights, gross/tare/net, rate, individual expenses and credit are read from the account, not reconstructed by arithmetic. The manuscript ℔ is rendered lb without conversion. Ponte is legible but not assigned a modern locality. Collaggio is an expense whose exact English term remains uncertain. The following weighing entry reads pesa vendit[...]; it is not per la vendita. Del Credere supplies the credit guarantee commission. The lower entry reads 56, not 36, and per che sono; the contracted rate retains C.12[?] rather than forcing the competing 6½ reading. Currency and units there are not inferred from arithmetic. The lower marginal working 162 / 6.68 is retained.
