English translation

Forlì, 5 February 1862.
It is a very long time since I have had your valued orders. Wishing to maintain our business relations, I take the liberty of offering you heavy and light goat leather, kidskins, Turkish sheepskins, light and heavy sole-leather [“bagname”], light and heavy [“bazanne sforza”], [illegible] white, white and black calfskins, and also a lot of white cowhide that I am finishing. I hope that you will favour me with an order for some of these articles. With friendship I send you my greetings,
