p. vs. 13 corr. qui acclusa vi ritorno la tratta
compiegatami, munita di mia accettazione
in £ 103:52 – e la medesima a saldo della sudetta
Garavella. Tanto dovevo e distintamente vi
riverisco.

Bologna, 18 October 1853.
Having received in good condition and at the full
weight the two lots of garavella you sent me, as stated in your
esteemed letter of the 13th of this month, I return enclosed the bill of exchange
you sent me, bearing my acceptance
for £103:52, this being in settlement of the aforesaid
garavella. That is what I needed to convey, and I offer you
my respectful greetings.
