M. [Saint Quentin?] m’a versé 20000 f que j’ai remis au
Syndicat, je lui ai donné un mandat sur mon Caissier au 7 [du ct?],
ainsi s’il remet le mandat, il ne doit être Crédité que
Valeur au 7.
J’ai reçu V. lettre d’hier.
C’est bien d’avoir écrit à MM. Delamare.
oui, Contrepassez la différence de 20 f. il m’a demandé
cette réduction, il a assez longtems payé 6% pour que je ne [mot non déchiffré]

English translation

Paris, 2 April 1831.

Mr [Saint Quentin?] paid me 20,000 francs, which I handed to the Syndicate. I gave him a payment order drawn on my cashier for the 7th [of the current month?]; thus, if he presents the order, he must be credited only with value on the 7th.
I have received your letter of yesterday. It was good to write to Messrs Delamare.
Yes, reverse the difference of 20 francs. He asked me for this reduction; he has paid 6% for long enough that I do not [undeciphered verb] in [refusing?] them.
I have your information concerning [Grès?] and Marchand. Yes, suspend the 59.10 [to come?].
